GOSTOSSO is a small, independent Polish–Brazilian coffee roastery.

We work with Brazilian coffees — roasted fresh, in short batches, in Poland.

Our focus is simple: coffee that’s easy to brew, pleasant to drink, and works every day.

We work with rotating lots of Brazilian green coffee.

We look for the best available beans while keeping the recognizable character and flavor direction of each coffee.

That means: consistent taste and style, always improving quality, fresh crops and better selections as they appear.

We don’t sell fixed packages.

We choose coffee based on the place, the people, and how it’s actually used.

We stay in touch.

We make sure coffee is always there, always fresh, and tastes great.

We share new coffees when they appear and talk about coffee in a simple, straightforward way.
